By installing this package you will quickly get all the important fields to form a deeper connection between Outreach and Salesforce and set yourself up to report on what is really important to manage your team and business.

This Basic Unmanaged Package installs the initial fields in Salesforce needed to collect data from Outreach to create reporting you need.

Next Steps

1. Create the Outreach Engagement Panel. There are a lot of fields you can add but these eight (8) fields are a great place to start.

2. In Outreach configure the CRM settings to match to the new fields you added to Salesforce.
